How To Make: Chicken Mushroom Pie (Bengali Style)

Ingredients:

- Chicken Breast (chop into cubes)
- Green Chilli (Optional)
- Green Pepper
- Salt
- Onions
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Flour
- Basil
- Oregano

Preparing:

1. Start off by warming up oil and adding in garlic and then ginger
2. Add in diced onions and let it cook
3. Once the garlic is brown you can then add in your chicken breast
4. Sprinkle a bit of salt (depending on how much chicken you've added, salt will vary)
5. Sprinkle oregano and basil
6. Add in green chilli (this is optional, however we bengalis like adding in our spice)
7. Then add in the green peppers (you can add red peppers too but that's up to preference)
8. Add in mushrooms
9. Add in a tbsp of flour and mix with 2 cups of hot water for the sauce (if you see the mixture looking a bit dried up then no worries add in more water)
10. Get a pastry sheet and layer on top of the mixture (you can make the pastry but if you want a quick make then you can buy the pastry sheet from shops)
11. Poke holes in the pastry to allow air and you're all set for the oven!
12. Set the temp 180-200 degrees and leave to cook for about 20-25 minutes

And THAT'S ALL!

Vatika Naturals | Oil Review

Hi bloggers. It's been over a year now since I've done a blog post, wow, life has been on a bit of a rollercoaster and I haven't had the time to do anything (that too I ran out of ideas on what to post) but anyways I'm back with another blog post. So as you guys know I bleached my hair quite a while back and since then I've been dying my hair constantly which has completely destroyed my hair. But I feel like my hair has gone so much better since I've been using the Vatika naturals range, they have so many different types of oils for different things - currently I have been using the Black Seed oil and it's literally bought my hair back to life!

I recently saw on another bloggers post that they had got out a whole load of new products which definitely brought an interest to my eye. I got the Argan oil and the Sweet Almond moisturising shampoo as I read good reviews on them and thought I need to try this out. They have a lot of oils that I still need to try out however I couldn't find most of them in store. I would defo recommend these oils as it has helped my hair and so many others. They are very affordable, they retail from £2-£4 which is very cheap for such a good brand.

In order for it to work properly you need to make sure that you are consistent with it otherwise you will not see good results. If you have very dry hair I'd recommend you to oil your hair very frequently 3-4 times a week however the more you apply the better! If you have very oily hair (like me) try to apply less of it about 2-3 times a week. Usually I'd apply it every 2 days because that's when my hair starts to get very greasy but I'd use small amount of oil and make sure that it's still getting applied on but with not much product. (If that makes sense).

Hope you guys enjoyed reading this post and hopefully I'll be getting more of these oils and will write a review about each of them within a months time to let you know how it's going. I will try my best to get my blog back together so if you guys have any ideas on what to do, or what you're interested in please do let me know. Follow me on instagram as I am more active on there @afsartistry

Pantene Pro-V Micellar Review

Hey bloggers, today's post is a review on one of my favourite shampoo. So recently I found out that Pantene got out a new shampoo, I always used to buy Pantene before but I felt like it wasn't right for my hair so I then stopped using it until they came out with a new formula that has micellar in it and I'm in love with this shampoo, because I've got greasy hair this is defo the best shampoo for me. Girls I would definitely recommend this shampoo for hair that is prone to greasiness. My hair is very poor, even after having my hair washed within the next 24 hours my hair will become very greasy and I'd have to keep washing it every day when I needed to go out as it would become so greasy that I wouldn't even want to go out with my hair looking so oily.

I have tried hair masks in the past to stop the greasiness but it didn't really seem to work. I also put coconut oil on my hair every 2 days so that it can become smooth and silky, some say that it helps revitalises the hair and makes it less greasy. I use this for the strength that will build on my hair as my hair is very thin which is probably why it gets greasy so quickly.

So I've been using this for about a month now and honestly guys this is the most amazing product ever like my hair used to just go for a day and then it would get really greasy but since I have been using the Pantene shampoo my hair the next day after a wash is so much better than how it used to be, it doesn't get that greasy and you can actually go out with that hair. I love it so much that I had to buy 2 of them as they were the only ones in the store if there were more I would've purcahsed a lot more lol. So I bought these from Superdrug as it's on 1/2 price so I got it for 1.99 however you can also find it at your local supermarket but they cost 3 pounds, so you're better off buying it from Superdrugs.

Bake With Me: Chocolate Cupcakes

Hey bloggers, so yesterday I uploaded another video on my YouTube and it's a 'BAKE WITH ME'. I just thought it'd be a really fun video to make and I filmed it to share with you guys as I know many people enjoy watching these type of videos. Also because I wanted to bake as well because I haven't done this in a while and trust me guys it got really messy lol. So make sure you guys check out that video, you can click the picture below and don't forget to leave a thumbs up and hit that subscribe button!

I am most defo not a professional when it comes to cooking/baking, I make a lot of mistakes or forget to do a thing that's why I get my mum to help me with the cooking for my videos. I haven't yet got a tripod for my phone hence why I always have to record as I like my videos in a certain way and only I can do that aha, but I have ordered one and it should be coming soon. I'll be filming another video and will be uploading that soon too, I'm thinking to do a vlog maybe? Or a Q&A, let me know what you guys think.

January Updates | 2018

Hey bloggers, Happy New Year! I haven't done an update post so I thought I should let you guys know what I'll be uploading next and so on. So 2017 went pretty quick for me, well at least I think it did. To be honest there was a lot of bad times and a lot of good times and I'm just hoping that this year will be better for me. If you guys have seen my YouTube I've been uploading a few stuff and I know I know that some of the content isn't that good but hopefully I'll be doing better videos, the only downside to me making videos is that I can't edit them on the mac as my laptop is full and it won't let me save anything else on it.

I also want to thank everyone that's been supporting me and subscribing to me for the past couple months I really do appreciate it, I know to other people it probably isn't much but to me it's a lot and I just wanted to let you know that it makes me happy. Make sure you keep subscribing to see more upcoming content - I will hopefully be uploading a 'Bake with me' video as I know you guys love watching these type of videos, also I probably will do a Q&A video so that way you guys know me a little bit better.
